CPAP DUPLEX / CPAP TRIPLEX
Developed to be used in industrial centralized vacuum systems
Developed to be used in centralized vacuum systems, the CPAP Vacuum Systems with double and triple PA 155 and PA 315 Claw Pump are suitable for creating and maintaining a certain vacuum within the system to allow proper operation of the equipment connected.
The CPAP Vacuum Systems are very advantageous especially from the standpoint of energy savings, because the pumps are only switched on automatically as the user requires.
The CPAP Duplex and CPAP Triplex are equipped with:
- Two or three PA 155/PA 315 claw pumps with electric motor fitted on a vertical support, to make the system as compact as possible
- FCM cartridge filters to protect the pumps from taking in any impurities present in the system
- Ball valve placed on the intake of each individual pump to isolate it from the system
- Electric control panel (standard power supply 400V 50-60Hz), which manages all the setting operations and control of the operating parameters
- Adjustable shock mounts to level the unit
Main application fields: evacuation of anesthetic gases, medical vacuum, vacuum conveying systems, inert gas treatment, milking systems, woodworking, pasta sector, packaging, soil remediation, chemical-pharmaceutical applications and water aeration
