VRP – Electronic Vacuum Switch

Absolute Pressure 20 mbar to 1 x 10-3 mbar (=hPa), 15 Torr to 1 x 10-3 Torr

The VRP electronic vacuum switch can be used for directly switching a pump or valve in the fine vacuum range. An additional recorder output allows a continuous monitoring of the process pressure.
